Instead of throwing away your plastic grocery sacks, recycle them. Keep them handy for bagging up your wet and/or soiled diapers/pull ups. Doing so goes along way towards cutting down on the smell from storing soiled incontinence supplied until you can take them to your outside garbage.

I use plastic bags for a lot of things. I've been told that they're bad for the environment. I suppose if they're tossed away immediately after the first use, it can cause problems. But if you use them over and over again, they don't get tossed into the garbage, etc. That should help.
